in her own world, lili is lili—free of any moral, sexist, social, or politically correct restrictions. she does what she wants to and what she feels like. lili is in tune with her femininity and sexuality, self-confident, feisty, and dives fearlessly into all facets of her being. in the form of photography, lili flirts with the mortal world, stepping out of her world (her jar) and allowing portraits to be made of her. she then draws the viewer in through an extreme close-up in which she reveals herself for a moment, in order to finally lure him/her into her world.
